Contact New Customers or Existing customers to inform them about a project by using Project scripts.

 To answer all queries about the company projects politely.

 To understand customer requirements and Recommend the projects based on their needs.

 Up Sell & Cross sell the product to the right customers by asking questions based on their requirements.

 To Follow up the interested customers actively and push them for a project site visit.

 To Forward the interested prospects to the site along with the field sales person when needed.

 To verify the customer presence on site with the project sales team.

 To interact with the project sales team about customer requirements and their background.

 To Achieve the Site visit target every month.

 Keep records of all calls & Customer information in the database for the company.

 Follow up the visited customers vigorously to close the sales whenever needed.
