We're seeking a Senior Developer (Senior Flex Developer) with hands-on experience in Databricks. This long-term position is likely to be renewed annually.

Essential Job Functions:
Understands the full picture and assists operations with monitoring, dashboards, etc.

Collaborates with architects on design.

Constantly monitors and optimizes cost and performance of the system.

Works with BAs on integration requirements.

Troubleshoots performance and functional issues.

Pays attention to detail and documents key decisions made.

Mentors and guides junior developers and performs code reviews.

Handles fast-paced projects and is willing to address production issues.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Must be a team player.

Must have at least 5 years of IT development experience.

Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must have experience in designing solutions, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.

Must have strong SQL and backend experience, particularly in data-driven projects.

Must have the following experience:

Python/PySpark

SQL/PL/SQL

Databricks

Java/C#

Preferred Experience:
Azure

Kafka

Node.js
