Sales Development Manager (3-5 Years)

As a key member of the sales team this role will be pivotal in the
future success of the company€™s growth strategy for targeting specific
areas of industry from around the world. This role will require the
successful candidate to use their ability to research,using
all media, to compile sales data,including contact details, for key
stakeholders in various industries. It will require building data for
supply to the sales team and on occasions following up with cold leads
via the platform to establish their feasibility for future
business, then delegating to the respective sales representatives.





Responsibilities.



- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and gather relevant
data from various online sources.

- Contact prospect clients by email or via cold calling.

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns for potential sales
opportunities.

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage
the Sales team for the next steps.

- Input and maintain sales prospect data within HubSpot CRM.

- Ensure all sales data in HubSpot is accurate, up-to-date, and
relevant.

- Utilize HubSpot tools to track sales activities and progress.

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services/campaigns and industry
trends.

- Achieve quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline
growth.



Experience.



- Experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in
a B2B and B2C environment.

- Marketing experience beneficial but not essential.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or customer
service/liaison role.

- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong research and analytical abilities.

- Demonstrable ability to think outside the box.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Experience 3 - 5 Years
Salary 6 Lac To 18 Lac P.A.
